Tribal communities in the 48th are not a constituency to be "included" at the end of a policy rollout. They are sovereign governments whose authority and input must be at the front of the process, not the back.
Where I start
- Water rights in the renegotiated Colorado River agreement, secured, not bargained away.
- Meaningful consultation on every federal decision that touches Tribal land, health, or resources.
- Fair federal funding for Tribal infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
- Tribal voice at committee tables in Washington that decide our district's future.
